Artist Statement: "Watercolor is my favorite artistic medium. I love watercolorâs vibrancy, its translucent quality and the immediacy that it has. It allows me the capacity to express myself clearly.
Iâve been fascinated with floral and botanical images for many years. There is natural beauty to plants and flowers that is missed if youâre not digging in the dirt. Although I paint many other subjects, painting botanical images is my first love."
