The painting is completed on Arches Rough Surface (140lb) watercolor paper. To create a result of transparency and fluency, I tried to apply the colors not more than two washes. The subject is a morning market view around an old building with an arch entrance. Morning light casted shadows and people activities triggered my impulse to paint this scenery with limited brush marks. Finished painting is impressive and the buildings and people are trend to be suggestive rather than indicative.
