Early Riser - James Farrah
James Farrah, 1996
Although his work covers a wide range of subjects, Farrahâs current focus is using childrenâs toys and artistâs manikins for subject material. In addition to being colorful and fun, they are wonderful tools for storytelling. He hopes the paintings evoke a sense of innocence and nostalgia. Farrah graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BFA in painting, photography, and graphic design. He is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society, the National Watercolor Society, the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies, the National Acrylic Painters Association and is a member of the Bellefonte Art Museum.
