Artist Statement: My painting is about "Picking up pieces of my life after my husband passed away". It is a celebration of our 48 years together. I would say both sweet and bittersweet. I used old tea bags and vintage parts of string and paper. Mostly the elements were used by my husband and myself during our married years together. --- Toni M.
